I went to Kroger last night to pick up a few items. Prominently displayed in the front area was a rounder full of “Chocolate Mix” Skittles.
Let me first start off by saying that I love the original Skittles. I could eat them until my jaw muscles hurt. The “Rainbow of Flavors”.
However, my curiosity got the better of me and I spent the $.79 to grab a bag. I should have known better. The flavors were not good and I basically had just one of each of the five flavors – S’mores, Chocolate Pudding, Chocolate Caramel, Vanilla, and Brownie Batter.
I’m sticking with the original – orange, grape, lemon, lime, and strawberry. While finding information for this post I ran across a funny commercial for the original Skittles -

I saw those in the store the other day and thought it sounded strange… chocolate flavor and the texture of skittles. Glad you could validate my assumption.;)
